Richard has over 18 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Prior to joining Therismos, Richard was Global Operations Director for Britannia Pharmaceuticals a speciality pharmaceutical company where he led operations for their portfolio of device aided therapies. He started his career at GlaxoSmithKline where he spent more than a decade working across New Product Supply and R&D in roles of ever-increasing responsibility within operations. He has a breadth of experience across the lifecycle of products from niche R&D assets to managing supply chains for blockbuster products and brings with him a wealth of GMP and GDP experience.

In his role as Managing Director, Richard is responsible for Therismos’ existing business and developing new capabilities to support clients and facilitate the expansion into CBPM across Europe.
