With over 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry covering a range of companies and products, Mike specialises in the area of Operations Management. Mike’s experience spans the full product lifecycle, from development to commercial manufacture and distribution (GMP and GDP); from new start-ups to global blue-chip companies; and from blockbuster products to niche specialist and unlicensed product supply.

In his role as Operations Director Mike oversees new product introductions, manufacturing and distribution management, consults on supply chain improvement and change projects, and advises clients on new market distribution requirements, processes and set-up.
