We distribute products without a Marketing Authorisation that are supplied under authorised schemes with a variety of names, such as “Named Patient Supply” and “Early Access Scheme”.

These products are created for situations where there is a recognised clinical unmet need and a formal Market Authorisation or commercialisation is not planned.

Product supply made easy

Given our long history with specialist medicines, we have developed a proven expertise in the distribution of unlicensed products or “specials”.

Using our suite of UK MHRA and Home Office issued licenses, we can offer our clients the services to manage and distribute such products in a compliant manner. This includes the capability to import unlicensed products into the UK from outside the EU using our Manufacturing Specials (MS) Licence.
